The Cafe and Tea Room
The Brooke Cafe in the Museum serves a range of hot and cold meals and snacks, such as Steak & Priory Ale pie, jacket potatoes, soup and sandwiches.
Norton Priory's Tea Room in the Walled Garden Courtyard is open April to October, serving drinks, snacks and treats.
The Cafe and Tea Room are run by Country Gardens, a community project designed by Halton Community Services of Halton Borough Council to assist local people to use and develop their catering skills and to live more independent lives.
They also serve home-made ice cream, and is the home of the famous Norton Priory Ale! http://www.nortonbrewing.com
We have a wide range of gift ideas and souvenirs to browse through in our gift shops in the Museum and Walled Garden Cottage.
A wide range of plants and produce can also be purchased from the Walled Garden.
Also available are our own exclusive range of delicious Norton Piory preserves and apple juice, all made with ingredients grown in the Walled Garden.
You don't need to pay admission to enjoy our shops and cafes - we look forward to welcoming you!
