Community GroupsThe Learning and Community team works with a huge range of groups both on and off site. We are passionate about getting people involved and helping you to make the most of your Norton Priory. From 9 months to 90 years old, we work with everyone and will tailor sessions to suit your group's needs and requirements. Just give us a call to discuss your ideas.

If you can't come to us, we can come to you.
Sessions are usually 1hr - 2hrs and delivered by highly trained and experienced facilitators who are fully CRB checked. We deliver a broad range of sessions, workshops, talks and activities. Below is a list of some of the session we have delivered recently.
Hands-on History (talks and interactive activities):
- Introduction to Bee Keeping, from Medieval to Modern techniques.
- Traditional skills at the Priory.
- A history of the Walled Garden - tour and/or talk.
- Medieval Medicine - the Priory Herb Garden - tour and/or talk.
- 900 years of Norton Priory - tour and/or talk.
Arts and Crafts Sessions:
Willow Weaving for beginners
Make a Mosaic
Card making - seasonal variations available
Natural Norton (talks and workshops):
Plant pot making, decorating and planting!
Bird watching - 40 years of feathers at Norton Priory.
